Are your sets compatible with other building brick brands?
Yes. NuvoBlox sets use standard building-brick connections and are designed to be compatible with other major building brick brands, allowing you to combine them with bricks you may already own.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on which set you choose. Each product page shows its own estimated delivery - typically either 3-7 business days (when the set is in stock at our nearest warehouse) or 10-20 business days (when the set ships from one of our overseas partner warehouses). You’ll see the same estimate in your cart and at checkout before you confirm your order. See our Shipping page for full details.
How will I know which delivery window applies to my order?
The delivery estimate is shown clearly in three places: on the product page next to the price, on every line in your cart, and on the shipping option at checkout. If your cart contains items from both windows, the cart summary shows the longest delivery window - so you know when your full order will arrive.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada. Wherever you are in the country, your order will reach you with the delivery window shown on the product page. We don’t currently ship outside Canada - sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when that changes.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order shipped within Canada, with no minimum order amount required. Free shipping applies to both the 3-7 day and the 10-20 day delivery windows.
