The modular construction is the heart of this build. Each floor lifts away to open up four fully furnished interiors: a ground-floor restaurant with a service counter, stools and a dining table; a hat and umbrella shop with its own display stands; a clockmaker's workshop crowded with a tall floor clock and smaller bedside pieces; and a snug attic apartment tucked under the rafters. Room sections can be rearranged or stacked alongside other modular buildings, so a single corner can grow into a whole street. Eight minifigures bring the address to life, giving every floor a resident, a shopkeeper or a customer.
