The ground floor holds a covered fish market, a house with sliding screen doors and foldout roof panels, an arched bridge over a translucent stream, and a small traditional fishing boat. The middle level stacks a fashion boutique, a comic book store and a crab restaurant with a working grilling function, alongside a cash-dispensing machine on the street wall. Up top sit a residential apartment with a hidden attic space, a rooftop dining counter with a hand-turned rotating conveyor, and a swappable poster board on the exterior sign. A sliding elevator runs the full height of the tower, carrying a minifigure from the waterline to the roof and back down again.
